Rare is a certified Yoga Teacher and I will be able to provide you with an experience of being able to tune into the bliss that the true essence of Yoga brings to you. She goes at your pace so whatever level you are at whether that be Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert there's something for everybody. She can customize your yoga experience to help you manifest your chosen reality for better wellness. She will provide you with a reconstructed outlook on Yoga so that you get the most out of it. She can also include a yoga wheel in the practice. You can choose an hour session, 30 minute session, or 15 minute session. The first and last 5 to 10 minutes of class will be a guided meditation in the hour sessions and 30 minute sessions.
